Managing Orders
Track every sale, process refunds, handle disputes, and stay on top of your business with real-time order management.
Viewing orders in your dashboard
Navigate to Orders in your dashboard sidebar to see a complete list of all purchases. The orders table shows:
- •Order ID and date
- •Customer email
- •Product purchased
- •Amount paid and payment method
- •Current status
- •Customer country
Use the search bar to find orders by email, order ID, or product name. You can also filter by status, payment method, or date range.
Order statuses
Every order has one of the following statuses:
Pending
Payment has been initiated but not yet confirmed. This is common for cryptocurrency payments (waiting for blockchain confirmations) and manual payment methods like CashApp or PayPal F&F. Most pending orders resolve automatically within minutes.
Completed
Payment confirmed and product delivered. For digital downloads and license keys, delivery happens instantly. For service products, you will need to fulfill the order manually and mark it as completed.
Refunded
You issued a full or partial refund to the customer. The refund amount and date are recorded on the order details page.
Disputed
The customer has filed a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. You will need to respond with evidence to resolve the dispute.
Processing refunds
To refund an order, click on it to open the order detail page, then click the Issue Refund button. You can choose between:
- •Full refund — Returns the entire payment amount to the customer.
- •Partial refund — Enter a specific amount to refund. Useful when you want to offer a partial credit or discount after purchase.
Handling disputes
When a customer disputes a charge with their bank, you will receive a notification in your dashboard and via email. To respond:
- Go to the disputed order in your Orders page (filter by “Disputed” status).
- Review the dispute reason provided by the payment processor.
- Gather evidence: screenshots of delivery, download logs, customer communication, or proof that the product was delivered as described.
- Submit your evidence through the dispute response form. For Stripe disputes, this is handled directly through Sellvy.
Manual payment confirmation
Orders paid via CashApp or PayPal Friends & Family require manual confirmation. When a customer pays through one of these methods:
- The order appears in your dashboard with “Pending” status.
- Check your CashApp or PayPal account to verify the payment was received with the correct order code in the notes.
- Click Confirm Payment on the order to complete it and trigger product delivery.
Order notifications
Stay informed about every sale with automatic notifications:
- •Email notifications — Receive an email for every new order, refund, and dispute. Configure which notifications you receive in Settings.
- •Discord notifications — Connect a Discord webhook to receive real-time order alerts in your server. Set this up in Settings under Integrations.
- •Customer receipts — Customers automatically receive a PDF receipt via email after every completed purchase. Receipts include your store name, product details, and payment summary.
